Procedures:
1. The Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) or an Irrevocable Letter Of Intent (LOI) with soft probe authorization or BCL from a top 25 bank.
2. The Seller issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to the Buyer.
3. The Buyer signs and returns FCO, notating the type of LC and the issuing and confirming bank
3. The Seller issues a draft contract to the Buyer.
4. The Buyer returns revised draft contract to the Seller via, fax or email.
5. The Seller reviews and confirms any changes made in draft contract by the Buyer. If the Seller agrees to the changes made by Buyer, the Seller issues the final binding contract via fax or email.
6. The Buyer returns the final agreed contract duly signed and sealed via email or fax.
7. If hard copies are required, The Buyer will then print the draft contract and personally sign, seal and initial 4 Hard Copies of the Contract and then send contract via Courier to the Seller. The Seller will then sign, seal, initial and return two (2) originals by courier to the Buyer.
8. The Buyer’s banker sends a draft copy if the Letter of Credit to the Seller for approval by the Seller and the Seller’s bank.
9. The Buyer will then, with 7 days of receiving approval of the Letter of Credit, open an acceptable operative payment instrument to the Seller’s bank.
10. The Seller will, within 5 working days of receipt of an acceptable operative payment instrument, provide the Buyer with a 2% Performance Bond against confirmed value of each shipment.
11. Shipping of the material will commence within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days from date of Seller’s receipt of the acceptable operative payment instrument.
Optional Procedures:
• Table Top Meeting with the Seller is allowed. Buyer must negotiate and sign draft contract before meeting. At the TTM, the Buyer will meet the Seller and both parties will sign final hard copies of contract. Past Performance Documentation will be shown.
• Payment as destination port can be facilitated through the additional of a one month SBLC or BG to the payment terms above. The payment must be within 3 days after delivery and against the loading port documents only.
• MT 799 (pre-advice PB) from the Seller’s Bank guaranteeing the opening of a PB upon receipt of the Buyer’s LC can be issued upon receipt of an MT 799 (pre-advice LC) from an approved bank guaranteeing the opening of the Buyer’s LC upon receipt of the pre-advice PB. This is valid with annual contracts only – not on spots. Below are the optional procedures:
8. The Buyer’s banker sends a draft copy if the Letter of Credit to the Seller for approval by the Seller and the Seller’s bank.
9. Upon Approval of the draft Letter of Credit, the Buyer’s Bank issues an MT 799 guaranteeing the opening of the approved Letter of Credit upon receipt of the Seller’s MT 799 guaranteeing the issuance of the Performance Bond.
10. The Seller’s Bank sends an MT 799 guaranteeing the opening of the 2% Performance Bond to the Buyer’s Bank.
11. The Buyer’s Bank will then, with 5 working days of receiving the Seller’s MT 799, open an acceptable operative payment instrument to the Seller’s bank.
12. The Seller’s Bank will, within 5 working days of receipt of an acceptable operative payment instrument, open the operative Performance Bond. The Proof of Product will be provided within 2 working days after the Performance Bond is operative.
13. Shipping of the material will commence within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days from date of Seller’s receipt of the acceptable operative payment instrument.

alloying elements do not exceed the following

total of 0.60 percent.
