Procedure:
- Buyer issues LOI + BCL or permission for Soft Probe.
- Seller issues FCO.
- Buyer signs and seals the FCO and sends it back to the seller.
- Seller issues draft-contract.
- Buyer signs and seals the draft-contract and sends it back to the seller.
- Seller signs and seals the contract and sends the hard copy(s).
- The buyer signs the hard copy contract and returns to the seller, any facsimile or electronic copy shall be considered as the original.
- Buyer submits draft of LC (Letter of Credit) for the seller's approval.
- Buyer issues non-operative LC.
- Seller bank issues POP (Proof of Product) and non-operative PB on 2% of value of LC.
- Both banks activate both instruments.
- Shipping starts as per contract schedule.

- LOI must contain Buyer's full, verifiable contact details, signed and sealed.
- LOI must be fresh dated. Not older than 7 days.
- LOI must contain Target Price.
- LOI must contain port of destination. Destination must not be sanctioned.
